Trekking Mount Kenya or Mount Kilimanjaro is a genuinely different kind of trip from a game-drive safari - it rewards fitness and preparation rather than just time in a vehicle. Mount Kenya's Sirimon route (4 days) is shorter and lower-altitude than Kilimanjaro, making it a good introduction to high-altitude trekking or a standalone trip if your time is limited. Kilimanjaro is the bigger undertaking and the higher summit.
